    What are your store hours?

    Our standard hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on select holidays, which are typically listed on Google, Yelp, and our social medias.

    How does the rental process work?

    Rentals can be placed by calling our shop or emailing us. Once your order is booked, you can come to our storefront to pick up the order on the agreed pickup day and drop off on the agreed drop-off day. We require both a Credit Card Authorization (with matching ID) and Rental Agreement form in order for rentals to be picked up (these can be completed at pickup). Payment is either pre-authorized (using the card on file) or due at pickup.

    We request you please allow at least 24 hours notice when booking your rental, any rentals booked the day of the rental will be charged a same day rush fee.

    When can I expect my online order to ship?

    For online purchases, you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days of purchase for items that are in stock. Shipping time is subject to the speed and service you select at checkout. Pre-orders and Special order items are subject to take longer, based on availability. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, and does not include select holidays.


    Please note:

    Due to overwhelming demand, global supply shortages, and widespread shipping delays, there are extended wait times on new and special order items.

    Please expect to wait anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months or more for items not currently in stock and know that we, along with all of our manufacturers and distributors, have limited control over the situation, but are doing everything we can to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

    We do our best to get all orders shipped in a timely manner but cannot guarantee shipping times, as all shipments (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, or other) may experience transit delays without notice.

    Do you offer financing?

    We work with a third party company to provide affordable financing on more expensive items, see here for info.

    When can I expect to hear back after contacting you?

    We do our best to reply to inquiries within 1-2 business days, but we are a small team so sometimes replies are delayed a little longer. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
